Intense 8 week workout for the advanced lifter. Focusing on time under tension and slow, controlled movements. 5 Days of workouts per week at the gym with 2 rolling rest days per week, hitting each body part twice with push/pull supersets. Each day includes either a cardio workout or an Ab shred.
