This Advanced workout is a models secret and what I used to use before Runway season where I would have to be in the most shredded and ripped runway shape to show off my body. It is not for the faint of heart. You will be doing dropsets of 50 reps with focus on high intensity heart pounding pumps. 4 weeks is the maximum time you should do this workout before switching back to a more structured set. It can be a nice mixup to break up the normal gym routine!
